horrible
i am so angry about this product. i bought it when i purchased the moen stainless steel sink. so the plumber installed the sink and i went to put the stopper in and it immediately came apart. now i am stuck with the rubber part of the stopper stuck in the drain. i can't get it out and therefore the sink doesn't drain. if i have to pay a plumber to take it out i will scream!
